Warning: Use only organic ingredients. There is simply not a system in place to check for and to eliminate cross-contamination of GM products that are assumed safe for human food and GM products not intended for use as food. The "beany" taste caused by LOX in soybean can be eliminated by proper techniques in cooking and do not need to be eliminated by genetically modifying the bean. Man has learned how to counterfeit government created currency, Man has learned how to counterfeit Microsoft software and man has learned how to counterfeit God's genes. Genetically modified organisms are counterfeit organisms. They are not made by God but by man. Man's purpose in tampering with what God has made is to profit financially by deception. This is the same motive man has for counterfeiting currency in ever more sophisticated ways to make it harder for him to get caught. Be warned! --imho 20:03, January 19, 2010 (UTC)

Basic Requirements[]

The key to diet is three fold. First we must consider the number of calories we need per day and second from what nutrient groups those calories come. Third, we must include exercise since inadvertent intake of extraneous calories from snacks or holiday meals, fast food and other sources can ruin any regular plan we have. Here then is an accurate way to accomplish steps one and two in one package for dietary meals using an Excel® SOLVER add-in template capable of performing linear programming.

The Meal Planner[]

To make snack/meal planning more easy for those who may have a difficult time using the Excel spreadsheet and Solver add-in blender made snack/meals consisting of one meal out of 6 or 8 that can be made from common foods available at most any grocery store. Most of these meals are bland and without taste and may need some flavoring added. In some cases it is only necessary to add low calorie sweetener and in other cases like spices such as onion powder. If you would like to help increase the number of meals available please use the second table as a template to post foods not already listed of your choice. Shortly after posting new foods new meals can be posted.

The number in the body of the table is grams of the food shown in the first column and each column thereafter contains the amount of each foods for the snack/meal in grams to be blended together with about 2 cups of water For a 4 snack/meal per day plan simply double the number of grams for each food.
